WA Police asked if Mr Blewitt would co-operate with WA Police in any re-opening of its investigation into The AWU Scandal.

Mr Blewitt has said that he will co-operate with authorities.

WA Police in 1996 considered laying conspiracy charges against 4 persons during its investigation of The AWU Scandal in the 1990s.   It closed (but retained) its files on The AWU Scandal in 1997."
